Director Dr. kirit joshi is a highly respected educationalist with decades of experience in teaching, academic leadership, and institution building. Known for his visionary and value-based approach, he has consistently worked to create learner-centric, future-ready educational environments rooted in discipline, innovation, and ethical leadership. A recipient of the National Presidential Best Teacher Award and State Best Teacher Award, Dr. Joshi currently serves as Director, M.R. Patel Educational Campus, Thaltej, and is a Member of the Gujarat School Quality Accreditation Council (GSQAC). His enduring commitment to academic excellence, holistic development, and nation-building through education continues to inspire educators and students alike.

House System

To impart the leadership quality and team work in the students various club & associations are introduced in the school namely Music club, Eco club, Health club, Art & craft club, literary club and subject associations such for Science, Social studies, Math and Hindi etc. The school library is also strengthened by introducing a separate children’s section for the students of class I to XII. All students are allotted a house, to which they will belong throughout their school life. Each House is headed by a House captain, a House vice captain and a number of House representative. House Warden & House Tutors are responsible for developing close relationships with each of the student in their respective Tutorial Groups and looking after their general well-being, as well as their academics, sports and co-curricular performance. Points are awarded to students of each house throughout the year for their individual and collective performance in academics, co-curricular activities, games and sports. School organizes various Inter Houses activities and competitions

School Norms

Parents should regularly meet the Head of the school, at mutually convenient time on working days, with prior appointment.
Meeting is held once after every term.
Students are expected to attend school on the opening day immediately following the vacations. Absence for more than three days after the vacations end will attract strict disciplinary action.
It is the responsibility of absentees to ensure that their parents enter the relevant information and sign the almanac.
A student, returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease, should produce a doctor’s fitness certificate permitting him / her to attend school.
Student’s once presents will not be allowed to leave the school unless there is an emergency.
The school gate will be closed after 7:30 a.m. and re-open at 7:40 a.m. for late comers. Disciplinary action will be taken against habitual late-comers.
This is self finance school so every parents should have to pay their fees on time regularly.
All payments will be collected only by the accounts department. The last date for fees collection will be 10th of every month.
In case of bounced cheque, cheque return charges & late fees will be charged from the parents till the date of payment.
Admission granted in the middle of session are entitled to pay the tuition fees from the beginning of the session.
Any fee paid for particular students is not adjustable with the other students.
If it is convenient for you and if you so wish, you may also pay the full annual fee or the six-monthly fee in one installment. This will help prevent loss of students’ academic time and ensure administrative convenience for the school.
Some parents do not pay the fees prescribed by the government within the stipulated time limit. Even after being informed, if such parents fail to make regular payments, their child’s name will be struck off from the school roll at the end of the academic session and the responsibility for the same shall lie with the concerned parent.

School Rules

Each student should carry the almanac to school with her / his photograph and identification information complete and signed by the parents.
Students who come to school should arrive at school before the bell rings. In case of delay, they should report to the school office.
Students have to behave courteously to all, rich or poor, regardless of caste, creed. Colour or religion, always respecting the liberty and rights of others.
Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniform should be worn on all working days and for all school functions. Students who are not in proper uniform will not be allowed to enter their classroom and parents will be called to the school to take them back home.
No shouting or whistling is allowed in or around the school building. Running in corridors is strictly prohibited.
It is strictly forbidden to throw any object on others.
Bullying and the use of foul language are punishable offences, whether in or out of school.
Students are not allowed to bring any weapons or sharp instruments such as blades, knives, paper scalpels, Etc. to school.
It is student's responsibility to take care of the school property and no student should scratch or spoil the desks or chairs or damage any school furniture, or write or draw anything on the walls.
Students are expected to treat the school facilities with pride and respect and should not, in any way, wilfully damage things belonging to others. Damage done even accidentally should be reported at once to the school authorities so that repairs can be promptly undertaken.
The cost of any wilful damage done will be made good by the concerned student, who will also be liable to pay the fine for any such offence.
No irrelevant book / other than text books or library books, magazine or other Journals shall be brought to the school without the class teacher's explicit permission.
Students should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct outside the school premises, whether in or out of uniform. As ambassadors of the school, students must conduct themselves with decorum and ensure that they are always polite and well mannered.
The school reserves the right to terminate the students with unsatisfactory progress in studies or whose conduct is a bad precept for others.
Students must make every effort to be present on functions celebrated in the school.
The school is not responsible for the goods’ lost it is not advisable to bring valuable articles (expensive watches or fountain pens or mobiles) to school as the school will not be responsible for any loss.
Parents and guardians are not allowed to visit their wards or teachers in the classroom without the permission of the authorities.
Students should get their report card signed by parents / guardians within three days of receipt of the report card and return it to the class teachers. report card may be with handle hand going to non-payment of fees.
Students leaving the school at the end of the session will be given the reports cards on the Greek open house day.
In case of emergency, parents should personally come and pick up their wards after submission of a written request note.
